By accessing and using TradeXil ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

TradeXil provides historical cryptocurrency trading data and real-time API access for algorithmic trading and quantitative analysis. Our datasets include:

• Historical BTCUSDT candle data (2020-2024)
• 200+ pre-calculated technical indicators per candle
• Multiple timeframe options (5m, 15m, 30m, 1h, 4h, 1d)
• Real-time API access for live trading systems

3. User Accounts and Keys

3.1 Activation Keys

Access to datasets is granted through activation keys. Each key is single-use and valid until the specified expiration date (typically the following Monday at 00:00 UTC).

3.2 Key Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your activation keys. Do not share your keys with others. TradeXil is not liable for unauthorized use of your keys.

3.3 Key Expiration

All activation keys expire on the Monday following the minimum validity period. Once a key is used to download a dataset, it is immediately invalidated and cannot be reused.

4. Data Usage and Limitations

4.1 Permitted Use

The data provided by TradeXil may be used for:

• Personal algorithmic trading strategy development
• Backtesting and quantitative analysis
• Educational and research purposes
• Commercial trading systems (with appropriate license)

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the data to third parties
• Share activation keys with other users
• Use automated systems to request multiple keys
• Reverse engineer or attempt to recreate our data processing methods
• Use the data for illegal activities or market manipulation

5. Data Accuracy and Disclaimers

5.1 No Guarantees

While we strive for accuracy, TradeXil provides data "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the data is error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

5.2 Data Quality Notice

Some indicators may contain null values due to calculation constraints or insufficient historical data. Users should validate and clean data before use in production systems.

5.3 No Trading Advice

TradeXil does not provide financial or trading advice. All data is for informational purposes only. Trading cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk of loss.

6. Payment and Refunds

6.1 Free Datasets

Certain datasets are provided free of charge with activation keys. These are provided without warranty and are not eligible for refunds.

6.2 Paid Datasets

Premium datasets require payment. All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of service failure or technical issues preventing download.

6.3 Subscription Services

API access is provided on a subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Cancellations do not provide refunds for the current billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

All data, technical indicators, API structures, and website content are the intellectual property of TradeXil. Users receive a limited license to use the data as specified in these terms, but do not acquire ownership rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

TradeXil, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Data errors or omissions
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Security breaches or unauthorized access

Your use of the Service is at your own risk. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.

9. Termination

TradeXil reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
